Nike’s next generation ACG trail boot for Fall 2011 is dubbed the Zoom Meriwether. Available in three standout colorways, the boot is built for all-terrain needs and will be produced in purple, tan and green.
Nike adopts an all-new padded ankle collar for support, ACG branding on the tongue, and a waterproof side-entry zipper for easy access. Timed to release along with the Nike x fragment design Meriwether boots, expect these to be a bit cheaper as they’re scheduled to hit stores later this year.

And after what must seem like a lifetime later for Vick, he has agreed to a six-year, $100 million deal with approximately $40 million guaranteed. The deal will average $16 million in each of the first three years. [Read More]

Beyoncé turned the VMAs into the world's most lavish baby shower last night with her exciting announcement that she is presently carrying America's littlest rap god (Ok, fine. Or pop princess).
The news instantly spread like wildfire on Twitter, ground zero for VMA chatter, where by the time Bey rubbed her belly on stage after performing "Love On Top," users had set a new world record for tweets per second. [Read More]
Now, this is how you make a name for yourself! At the Boost Mobile Elite 24 event over the weekend, highly-touted high school basketball recruit Mitch McGary made a big impact on the Elite 24 game—before the damn thing even tipped off.
And, for his efforts, he got 37 stitches and a front-row seat for the game. Way to throw it down, big fella.
