First announced back in June of 2012, Google has made its personal assistant-meets-updated search engine Google Now available for iOS users via the latest evolution of its Google Search app. Nearly identical to its Android counterpart, the app streamlines mobile versions of Google’s Search, Map, and Cloud services with the likes of real-time weather, travel, news, and sports updates in a single easy-to-use application. The New York Jets have released quarterback Tim Tebow, a league source confirmed to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Tebow's release was earlier reported by the New York Post. If there was any hope among the Oklahoma City Thunder fans that Russell Westbrook would "pull a Metta World Peace" and return less than two weeks after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee, guess we could put that idea to rest. According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports, the doctors involved opted the repair, instead of removing, which "requires a longer recovery time but also is a better long-term solution" and as a result, Russ will miss the rest of the playoffs.
