Tech: Magnetic Koala Bottle

Taking your eyes off the road to re-secure your water bottle while riding your two-wheeler can be dangerous. Is a mouthful of water or XXX Vitamin Water worth running into the back of a Volvo? The Koala Bottle System is a safer way to consume some electrolytes while riding. The bottle magnetically attaches to the holster so you can effortlessly reach down and limit any fumbling around. The system is available with a 21 oz bottle or a 24 0z bottle ($2 more). It might be minimal, but your odds of hitting an open cab door just went down slightly.

Drinks: Beaver Buzz Energy Drink

Beaver Buzz is by far one of the best energy drinks we've ever reviewed. Our favorite is the Beaver Buzz Energy Green Tea ($2), which has a hint of honey and a unique blend of green tea that taste great. Their other flavors Citrus, Saskatoon Berry and Sugar-Free Pink give you hours of energy without the bad after-taste and unneeded calories of other premium drinks. Each can has about 150mg of caffeine and contains Taurine, guarana, ginseng, and a variety of B vitamins. Try it today and lookout for Beaver Buzz online, in stores and in our latest print issue.

Video: Kelly Rowland Shares Her Ab Workout
I’ve been envying Kelly Rowland’s abs since 2002, when she was a part of Destiny’s Child. 10 years later, she still manages to maintain one of the best bodies in the business by working out 5-6 times a week and sticking to strict eating rules like, ‘no food after 9pm’. She also works on solely her abs for 45 minutes every night. Recently, she sat down with US Weekly magazine to share her ab workout which includes the Upper Fibers crunch and the Burn it Bicycles. These quick little exercises are easy and can be done in the mornings before work or late evenings.
