Tyga made it blatantly clear that he's all about the custom paint jobs when he showed off his platinum gold Audi R8. He most recently hooked up with Asanti Wheels and West Coast Customs to splash a new look on his Ferrari California. We should have seen this one coming, as he rapped, "I'mma muf*ckin' star/Look at the paint on the car/Too much rim make the ride too hard/Tell that bitch hop out, walk the boulevard," in his hit single Rack City. His California isn't shiny like the Audi, but the matte red paint still makes this car pop off on the road. [See More]

The unveiling of the new Aston Martin Vanquish sports coupe this week means that there's also a Volante (that's Aston Martin talk for convertible) coming our way. However, since that won't be happening now, British racing driver and television presenter Tiff Needell chose the current DBS Volante to battle the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster. The open-top DBS sports a 5.9-liter V12 that's good for 510-ponies (517PS) and 570Nm (420 lb-ft) while the SLS AMG Roadster makes do with a 6.2-liter V8 pushing out 563hp (571PS) and 650Nm (479 lb-ft). Enjoy.

The current generation of Lamborghini Gallardo, nearing the culmination of a staggeringly successful run since it was introduced in 2003, has diverged into two opposite variants: the Super Trofeo Stradale, a racecar-inspired spin-off whose $258,400 price tag makes it the priciest Gallardo on the planet, and the LP 550-2 Spyder, equipped with a $211,600 premium that lends it the distinction of being the most attainable open-air Lamborghini currently available. After an early image leak, Aston Martin has officially pulled the cover back on its revived roadster, the Vanquish. The British luxury automaker reports that the Vanquish is set to succeed the DBS, meeting many of its predecessor’s lofty supercar expectations, including a massive 5.9-liter V12 engine good for over 560 horsepower. That engine will ride on an updated version of the DBS’s aluminum and carbon fiber chassis (giving the front end a 13% weight reduction), and will feature ventilated carbon ceramic disc brakes and a brand new Launch Control system — the latter of which should come in handy towards getting the Vanquish to 60mph in a mere four seconds. Enjoy.

When we saw this car costs more than $600,000 our had pretty much the same reaction as when we heard the price of the Nissan Juke R. Then we saw only seven of these special editions are being made, and we understood. Exclusivity means cash, and lots of it. Customers probably had a harder time locking down this Super-GT Carlsson C25 than if they wanted a pair of Air Yeezy II's this weekend. This 450-horsepower carbon fiber is offering one option the Yeezy's aren't though: A fully customized product made exactly to order. [See More]
