It seems as though Stacey Dash bravely jumped in the crossfire this week after she made the decision to publicly announce that she was voting for Mitt Romney via her Twitter account. For days following her announcement, she was tweeted hate-filled messages, that included the cliche’ Clueless tweets from people who were appalled that she was voting for a Republican. Most of the hate seemed to stem from the fact that she was a black woman, working in Hollywood, that wasn’t voting for President Obama, however, there were also a lot of people who stepped up in her support.

It’s been almost a year since VH1 premiered it’s first hour long original scripted series, Single Ladies and now the network is gearing up for the highly-anticipated second season which features some cast changes. It has finally been confirmed: Stacey Dash will be leaving the hit VH1 series Single Ladies, for the comeback of season 2.
