Ray J seems to be trying to play the innocent guy role for his latest firebomb. Not long after his “I Hit It First” single impacted the airwaves, Brandy’s lil’ brother called into Hot97 to explain himself. From the jump, he backtracks by saying that the song isn’t about Kim Kardashian, and it’s just a “concept” song. Yea, right. Ray J was reportedly rushed to hospital shortly after the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. The singer attended the award ceremony at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas where his rumored ex-girlfriend, the late Whitney Houston, was being honored with the Millennium Award at the ceremony. According to TMZ, Ray was "extremely upset" by his confrontation with Pat Houston, where he was asked to leave his seat which was placed next to Whitney's family's. The site reports that someone went to Ray's hotel room on Monday morning, but he appeared "out of it," and couldn't get out of bed. [See & Read More]

Whitney Houston died this afternoon, a rep for the singer told the Associated Press. Our sources tell us a member of Whitney's entourage found her in her room at the Beverly Hilton hotel and called hotel security -- who then dialed 911.
When paramedics arrived Houston was found unresponsive. We're told police arrived to the scene within minutes and fire was already there on an unrelated call. [Watch & Read More]

Ray J insisted that only DJ Clue could squash his beef with Fabolous stemming from an altercation at The Palms casino's Moon nightclub in Las Vegas. Fabolous called into Power 105 just moments ago to clear up what really happened between him and Ray J.
