Rides: BMW Concept 4 Series Coupe

No, it's not a totally new car — you can think of the BMW Concept 4 Series Coupe ($TBA) as an extension of the 3 series, although it has one less door. Sometimes. Effectively the replacement for the 3-series coupe, the new 4 series concept is longer, wider, and lower, while retaining much of its younger (?) siblings blood. Features include LED headlights, a huge front air intake, an Air Breather behind the front wheels, and, of course, an interior that's probably slightly more progressive than what we'll see in the production version. Slated to arrive at a dealer near you whenever it makes its way out of the "concept" stage. [See More]

Rides: Cadillac ELR Electric Car

Cadillac has just announced it has given the green light for production of the ELR Electric Car. An extended range plug-in electric vehicle, the powertrain will pair an electric propulsion system with a four cylinder engine. Electricity will serve as the primary energy source with the gasoline engine kicking in as the battery runs low for additional range. An evolution of the company’s Art and Science design language, the ELR boasts strong, sharp lines in a sleek, compact silhouette. Look for the official unveiling of the ELR at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. [See More]

Rides: Yamaha Moto Cage-Six Motorcycle

Serious riders would never mistake Yamaha's XJ6 for a stunt bike — yet that's exactly what was used as the base for the Yamaha Moto Cage-Six Concept Motorcycle ($TBA). Being a concept, it will likely never become available, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the garish paint scheme, exposed framework, and car tire-carrying rear wheel.

The vehicles of Land Rover embody some admirable traits, like craftsmanship, practicality, and tenacity. Video: BMW M135i It! The Game
Unveiled earlier this year as a concept, the BMW M135i takes new shape as it is set to go on sale at the end of this year. While most of the body profile remains the same as the concept, the Twin Turbo power-plant was swapped for a single turbo N55 series engine, aiding in less fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions. Further improvements were also made to the suspension, steering, and powertrain. Shown in this cat and mouse style video, the 5-door and the 3-door trims are seen racing down a rain soaked container yard showcasing the vehicles’ handling capabilities. The distint sounds of the engine followed by deep exhaust notes remind us why this car features the fabled M badge. Enjoy.
