London-based, Baghdad-born architect Zaha Hadid has teamed up with France-based Shoreteam to create the Luxury Z for London-based writer and art-dealer Kenny Schachter. Commissioned by Schachter for his Rove Projects, the unique speedboat measures around 8 meters in length and is meant to be an artistic expression of individualism with a stealthy asymmetrical design courtesy of fiberglass and carbon fiber construction. Limited to only 12 production models, the Luxury Z is set to go on sale sometime in early 2013 with a retail price around €375,000 EUR (approximately $460,459 USD). [See More]

Initially on display earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show, European auto tuner Mansory has officially unveiled its special edition take on the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. Dubbed Carbonado, the super car features custom body paneling of carbon fiber alongside matching detailing on the interior and a 6.5-liter V12 under the hood – capable of 754 horsepower and 553 lb-ft torque. Having removed the front wings and bonnet in favor of custom designs, the automobile also features a diffuser integrated into the new rear apron and the inclusion of a rear wing while new side sills utilize built-in channels to direct additional cool air to both the rear brakes and drive unit.

IFR Automotive and engineer Ignacio Fernandez have unveiled the production version of the upcoming Aspid GT-21 Invictus. Featuring a hammerhead design and weighing in at 2,182 pounds with a composite body and spaceframe chassis, the menacing Spanish super car boasts 450 horsepower and a 4.4 liter V8 engine – thus allowing the automobile to reach a top speed of 189 mph and accelerate to 60 mph from a standstill in less than three seconds. Complete with adaptive airbags, anti-lock brakes and stability control, Aspid‘s second automotive offering is aiming for a production debut in 2014. [See More]

He most recently hooked up with Asanti Wheels and West Coast Customs to splash a new look on his Ferrari California. Inspired by Harley's board racers of the 1920s, the Shaw F1-XLR Harley Nightster Motorcycle ($TBA) also takes some design cues from an unlikely place — high-end racing. Decked out in the same smoke grey paintwork as the McLaren Formula One team, this Nightster features a 1200 V-twin engine with a ram-air intake, a custom set of exhaust pipes, upside-down forks taken from a VRSCF V-Rod Muscle matched to clip-on bars, a small, race-style rear fender — complete with number marking — and 21-inch Performance Machine wheels, all of which help to give it an identity all its own.
