Videos: Chef Ignacio Mattos “Mostly Latin Lunch”

Chef Ignacio Mattos, formerly of Isa and Il Buco, cooks up what has been dubbed a Mostly Latin Lunch for his family and friends in the latest short film from The Selby. Delectable dishes include an onion radish avocado salad, caipirinhas and a particularly-inspired fish entree.
