Video: NYC's New Tallest Housing High-Rise

Forbes reporter Morgan Brennan gets a tour of One57, the new billionaire building located just south of New York's beautiful Central Park. The two palatial penthouses in Manhattan's newest luxury midtown high rise will have floor-to-ceiling windows and the lower unit, dubbed the "winter garden" penthouse, will also tout a two-story glass enveloped indoor garden, once the building is completed next year.
