Rides: Bentley Continental GT Convertible

Set to be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show, we’re now privy to initial details and photos of the forthcoming Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible. Rumored to feature 616 horsepower and 590 foot-pounds of torque running through an eight-speed transmission, many speculate that the luxury beast with have 0-60 mph capabilities in four-seconds. Aesthetically, the convertible has many design traits similar to its predecessor – of course with the most glaring difference being the lack of a prominent roof element and the whimsical purple paint job never seen before. At the heart of the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is the same V12 6.5-liter normally-aspirated engine that features a stop/start system, cylinder deactivation, and is connected to a 7-speed automatic transmission – all of which allows for 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) capabilities in three seconds on its way to a top speed of 217 mph (349 km/h). Rides: Mini Version of Audi R8 Confirmed

According to an Audi insider, a baby model of Audi's R8 masterpiece is on the way. The first images show a convertible already being planned for a vehicle that will be above the TT and below the R8 in Audi's impressive line.
